This just started happening within the last 2 days. The trans won't shift to 2nd until about 3000 rpm and when it shifts it's hard. Won't shift into 3rd until about 45 mph. Tried putting it in neutral and back in OD while rolling at 35 mph but it just went back into 2nd. I recently adjust my TV cable using the WOT method.
